Founder & Designer
Hello! I’m Court
I’m a Freelance Designer, illustrator & Artist from the East Coast of Australia.
My aesthetic has been drawn from the simple Australian landscapes and is focused on hand crafted design. I have been in the design industry for 12 years. I studied a Bachelor of Communications in Design at Billy Blue Collage of Design. Following my completion of my degree I travelled around the world & become heavily inspired by the different landscapes & cultures in each country.
I have a passion for working with like minded brands who appreciate beautiful & thoughtful design. I started Le Court Studio in 2015 with the goal to work with sustainable, environmentally conscious brands & I’ve been fortunate enough to work with the most amazing brands.
As a designer & artist I love being able to incorporate my love for art into my designs. My love for natures colour palette and the shapes in which surrounds us every day.
CLIENT LOVE
“Courtney has been a member of the a-beauty team for almost a year and we have loved every minute of having her as part of the family and I knew from the moment I interviewed Court that she was something special. Her eye of detail is impeccable. Court can manouvre at the drop of a hat to prioritise what needs to be done, even if its changes speedily and was not on the days agenda. What’s more – she continues to bring something fresh and new with a serious creative edge even if it’s a task that’s been dropped into her lap at a moment’s notice. Regardless of if she is working autonomously from home or popping in to the office, Court brings about an aura of cool and calm and she is a delight to be around. As a continued and very valued member of the a-beauty team, Courtney will act as an extension to your internal team and add immense value to any business. As always, we wish Courtney all the best with her future endeavors and know she will continue to create beautiful work everywhere she goes. ”

“It was such a pleasure working with Courtney. She is responsive, easy to communicate with, and was always a few steps ahead of me in our design process. I adore our design package she created for our acupuncture clinic. Not only does she have an elevated skill in being able to communicate design, but she also provided exactly what I was envisioning for our space and how we wanted to be represented in our community. As a small business owner wearing all the hats, I felt so taken care of by Courtney and her work. Love love love Le Court Studios and would highly recommend.”

“ Court continues to be an absolute delight to work with! Her creativity and passion for design shines through in everything she does. Court has consistently brought truly special and unique design flair to my brand’s social templates, eDMs, label design, as well as being a trusted advisor on creative direction. I have really valued her strategic design thinking along the way, which has meaningfully shaped the direction of my business. Thank you Court for everything you do!”

“We came to Courtney with a brief to give our business newsletter "Flux Daily" a facelift. Our team at Flux had a fairly solid idea of what we wanted, but we lacked the design nouse to get there ourselves. That's where Courtney stepped in, and we were super happy with the results. Courtney is a great communicator, worked with us until we were happy, and has a talent for aesthetics that is obvious from both the professionalism she brought to our newsletter all the way to the stunning artworks that she produces beyond her design business."

“It’s evident that nature inspires the artist with its rich colour palette, organic shapes, diverse line and texture. ‘When I first began drawing, I would always head outside, pick up odd-shaped leaves, take pictures of tree rings and the clouds forming in the sky,’ Courtney shares. ‘I still do this! I have a box filled with random findings I’ve collected over the years from different locations around the world. For Courtney, observing the environment began in her childhood, growing up on Sydney’s picturesque Northern Beaches, where the sky meets the ocean in a kaleidoscope of hues throughout the day. The peachy orange and pinks of a winter sunset translated or swashes of blue with the dark edge of the land’s shadow. “
